A Full Groom includes a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, facial, anal gland expression, and an all over haircut.

Hand scissoring, Deshed, Matting, Aggression, and Medicated Shampoos are extra
Starting January 1, 2024 we will implement these rules, procedures, and policy changes. Due to the economy we will also be implementing a price increase for full grooms as well. As of right now our bath, DeShed, and tidy prices will remain the same.

All pets must be up to date on their rabies vaccination. We will also need a current address and phone number for the owners. You can email the rabies records to lavoniapetsalon@gmail.com or bring it in on your first visit of the New Year.

If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment a $20 per pet late fee will be applied to your balance. If you are 30 minutes or more late for your appointment a $25 per pet fee will be applied and you will need to reschedule.

Any cancellation that is less than 24 hours will receive a $25 per pet fee.

All pets must be picked up by 4pm. Any pet not picked up by 4:15pm will incur a $25 late per pet fee. Any pet not picked up by 4:30pm will be boarded and can be picked up the next day and you will incur a $25 late fee per pet and a $25 boarding fee per pet.

We will be phasing out our loyalty program. If you are currently on our loyalty program you will continue to receive your discount for as long as you maintain your schedule. If you come off of your schedule or miss an appointment you will no longer be eligible for the discount.
